How do I place an order?

We can take your orders by phone, fax, mail or email. You can also directly place an order through our website at www.oritzgift.com. For phone orders, our customer service team will be ready to assist you at 1-800-692-0008. Our fax number is 1-650-692-4109

How long does it take to get delivered

For most items, shipping can take 7 to 10 business days. Wine delivery may take 10 to 14 business days. Delivery for seasonal items such as cherries, matsutake mushroom and fruits will vary upon harvest season.

I need to send an item within 5 days, is there a express delivery option

Yes, we are able to ship year round items within 5 business days. Express shipping will be an additional $15 per item of your order. To request express shipping please contact our customer support team.

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Once an order has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded.


About Payment                        

Is the tax and shipping fee included?

The price displayed includes both tax and shipping. Only exception applies to delivery for Hawaii and Alaska, there will be an additional charge of $20 per shipment.

How can I pay for my order

For the direct orders on the website, we accept the following credit cards. (Visa, Master, Discovery, American Express) If your credit card number does not go through on our website, please contact your bank. For mail-in orders, we accept checks and money orders.


About Shipping                            

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

 If you entered the wrong shipping address or if there is a change in address, we are not responsible for those orders being delivered to the intended address. Please check all address carefully, we may require an additional charge to resend the item. 

My item was damaged during delivery, what should I do

Please call the customer support team at 1-800-692-0008 for assistance with your delivery.

My recipient is not home or is out of town, can you resend the order?

We are not liable for recipients absence at their shipping address. The customer will be responsible and charged for these orders.

I forgot my password -how do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Reset Password button on the homepage. If you forgot your log-in, please call the customer support team at 1-800-692-8000. We will be happy to assist

What are Oritz Points

In 2012, we started a free loyalty program that allows you earn points on selected items. For every $25 you spend on a qualifying item, you will earn 1 point. You can redeem these points towards your next purchase. 1 point is equivalent to $1.

Can I redeem my points when I order through mail or fax?

Yes, we have your points saved in our system. Please note the amount of points that you would like to use on your order form and our customer service team will be able to redeem your points for you.

Can I use my points if I directly order online?

Yes, once you entered all of your items, you can go to the shopping cart screen to enter the amount of points that you would like to use on your order.

If you have points available, you will see the number of points available underneath the points to use box. If this box does not appear in the shopping cart window, this means that you do not have any points in your account.
