How To Use

You may place orders with Ortiz Gift online, by phone, by fax, or through the postal mail.


  1. Enter the desired quantity for each item in the input boxes. Then click the 'Add to cart' button to add those items to your order. Then select whether you want to attach a gift card or a “noshi” type of card to each item you order.
  2. To continue to checkout, you need to log in with your e-mail address and password. First-time customers need to create an account to receive a user ID and password.
  3. On the checkout page, fill in your billing and shipping information, payment information, and other required information.
  4. Don't miss the special discount information that appears on our checkout page to see if your order is eligible for a discount.  If you are eligible for any discounts, you will need to enter the proper code for the discount to apply.  All discounts will be reflected in the order total.
  5. Shortly after your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

We welcome Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards. Your credit card will be charged at the time we process your order. Please include the card number and the month and year it expires. If your credit card does not go through, please contact your credit card company. 
If you would like to use Oritz Gift Service gift certificates, please call 1-800-692-0008 to order. If you intend to mail your order, we accept credit cards, personal checks, and money orders.


Please allow 24 hours during business days for us to process your order. All orders are processed during business hours. No orders will be processed over the weekend. Please note that order changes and cancellations are permitted before an order ships, but not after.To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service via phone (1-800-692-0008 Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm PST) or email (gift@oritzgift.com).


For standard shipping, it takes approximately 10 days for your order to be delivered. Some seasonal fruits,such as American cherries and Matutake Mushrooms are delivered for certain delivery terms. For orders to be delivered within Japan, special rush delivery (within five (5) business days) is available for an additional $10 express charge per item.To request special rush delivery, please contact customer service via phone (1-800-692-0008 Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm PST).


If you provide us an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for those orders being delivered to the intended address. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.

We work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. We strive for customer satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know by calling 1-800-692-0008 or sending an email to gift@oritzgift.com within seven (7) days after receipt of your order. Do not return any product without first making arrangements with Customer Service to do so.
