Refund policy
Once an order is placed, we regret that changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, and refunds are generally not issued. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses, address changes, or prolonged absence. If you wish to have your item resent, please note that additional charges may apply.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we encourage you to notify us within 2 days of delivery. Please provide a clear image showing the issue (at least two-thirds of the item must be visible). We appreciate your understanding that returns based on personal preferences are not available.

商品の品質には細心の注意を払っておりますが、万一瑕疵があった場合、またご注文されたものと異なる商品が届けられた場合は配達完了後2日以内に、商品不備がわかる画像にてお知らせください（現品が2/3以上が確認できる場合とします）。嗜好が事由での返品は受付できません。
